Need Creation Rationale

Funding is urgently needed to complete the Bodomase R/C Primary and JHS computer lab because students currently lack access to basic computer facilities and digital literacy education. In today’s world, computer skills are essential, yet learners in this rural community are left behind due to limited infrastructure and resources. The lab, once completed, will serve over 500 pupils annually, offering hands-on ICT training and bridging the rural-urban tech education gap. However, construction has stalled due to lack of funds for final works such as wiring, furniture, computer equipment, and internet setup. Without support, students will continue to miss out on opportunities to develop digital skills necessary for their academic and future professional growth. Completing this project will not only enhance learning but also empower teachers to deliver 21st-century education effectively. Your funding will ensure inclusive access to technology, support Ghana’s education reforms, and contribute directly to SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
