Dr. Adedeji Ademefun is a development expert with over 13 years progressive experience managing the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes in Democratic Governance, Women’s and Girls Rights, Education, Agric, Food & Hunger and Disability inclusion in tandem with the Country Strategy Paper and donor guidelines entrenching participatory approaches to the realization of rights and poverty eradication for poor and most excluded people in Nigeria.
He is an expert in business development, resource mobilization and grants management in non-profit with strategic supports to CSO/CBOs in capacity building, community mobilization and social development, grant writing, public private partnerships, rural livelihoods support, youth, women and disability programming, and building strategic partnerships to implement impactful development programs. He has demonstrable experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research using the survey methods, questionnaire administration (open and closed ended), purposive research, conducting key informant interviews, In-depth Interviews, focused group discussions, content analysis, descriptive, exploratory, inferential, predictive, causal, bivariate, and multivariate research analysis.
He holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy & Development Studies.
